Onward OT is registered with CMS and accepts Original Medicare. We are also “in-network” with Independence Blue Cross and Highmark BCBS and accept many of their plans.

For Private Pay…

Initial evaluations, initial private consultation sessions, and initial patient advocacy sessions:

Up to 60 minutes, $179

Treatment sessions, follow-up private consultation sessions, and patient advocacy sessions:

Up to 60 minutes, $149

Additional time beyond 60 minutes for evaluations or sessions is billed at $35 per 15 minute increment.
